GERMAN AMERICAN CO-OP PROGRAM
At Mankiewicz, a German American Co-op study program means taking on responsible tasks early on to best prepare for a dynamic and demanding work environment. As an Industrial Engineer, you will coordinate and optimize processes, such as managing the entire journey from customer-specific product development to post-delivery support. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and ideas across various departments, including application technology, laboratory work, and production planning.

Over the past year, we have gained valuable insights into various departments, including production, laboratory, and sales. We've experienced the entire production process—from procurement to shipping—while growing both professionally and personally. Thanks to the supportive and family-like atmosphere, we’ve built a strong internal network in no time.
When we're not at Mankiewicz, you can find us at NORDAKADEMIE in Elmshorn, where we study during our theoretical phases. The knowledge we gain there is directly applied in our own projects at Mankiewicz.
